Regional violin making from the 19th to the 20th century - Veneto

Eugenio Degani (1842-1901) arrived in Venice in the second half of the 19th century.  

Eugenio Degani students were his son Giulio, his nephew Giovanni Schwarz with his son Rodolfo, Ettore Siega (1860-1936) with his sons Guido and Iginio. 

Francesco Lazzaretti worked in Vicenza, Stelio Martinenghi and his son Marcello worked in Bassano del Grappa, Giovanni Battista Pallaver worked in Verona.
